Please register using the form at the bottom of this page. The number of participants for the course is limited. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. Your registration is binding and serves as a contract. It becomes effective upon receipt of the confirmation of order.

After registering, you will receive a provisional booking confirmation along with the bank details for the deposit. Once we have received the deposit, your spot is definitively reserved. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the course starts.

    Cancellation of the Contract
    If a participant is unable to attend, they must cancel in writing. The following cancellation conditions apply:

    • For cancellations up to 12 weeks before the course starts, you will receive 80% of the deposit back.

    • For cancellations between 8 and 11 weeks before the course starts, the deposit is non-refundable.

    • For cancellations between 4 and 7 weeks before the course starts, 50% of the course fee is non-refundable.

    • For cancellations less than 4 weeks before the course starts, the full course fee is non-refundable.

    • If you do not attend or leave the course early, you are not entitled to any refund of the course fee.

    • A contract can be transferred to another person up until the course begins, provided the replacement person meets the course requirements.

    • You should take out cancellation insurance to cover withdrawal due to valid reasons (illness, including Covid, or accident). Refunds from Thaimassage Vacanza are not possible in such cases.

    Cancellation by the Organizer
    If Thaimassage Vacanza cancels the course, all payments made will be fully refunded.

    Insurance
    Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the participants. We accept no liability for damages during the course. You are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage. Use of the facility is at your own risk. Thaimassage Vacanza is not liable for theft or loss of personal belongings.
