Location

The course is held in the mountains of the southeastern Swiss alps - in Graubünden. Our little mountain village of Tenna is located on a sunny terrace on 1600m in the Safienvalley. Here on the edge of this quiet farming village surrounded by alpine peaks is our course house located. The peaceful environment offers a place for retreat and rejuvenation.

Tenna and Safienvalley is comfortably accessible by car and public transport.

By car take the highway A3 to Chur, then follow highway A13 direction San Bernardino pass. Take exit Bonaduz follow the signs to Safiental, slowly you will climb up the mountain. At Versam take the left turnoff direction Tenna. In Tenna after the church is public parking. The house is located 5 min walk from the church/village centre.

Also by public transport you reach Tenna comfortably. Take the Intercity train to Chur, from there change to the RegioExpress to Versam-Safien. There take the Bus, which takes you directly to Tenna village (Final Destination).

Traveltime from Zurich-Airport is 2.30h, from Geneva 5h, from Lucerne, Berne and Basel 3.10 h

House

Our coursehouse "Waldhaus Tenna" is located peacefully on the edge of the farming village of Tenna on 1600m. The House is built in typical mountain wooden style. It is simple, but light, clean and spacious. There are double and triple rooms with single beds (with pillows and doonas). It has various courserooms and enough toilets and showers. The house is surrounded by a big playing meadow and a big terrace - perfect for lots of sun salutations.

Food

Takis originally trained as chef and food is his great passion. He and the course chef Daphne from TrooFoodLiberation from Athens will indulge us with yummy, balanced, vegetarian food influenced by Indian, Thai and Greek cuisines. Takis is famous for is own creations. Hopefully they are treating us with is yummy raw chocolate cake!
